THIS IS REGARDING SUBJECTS TO BE TAKENUP FOR DISCUSSION DURING MONTHLY MEETING.
1. UNDUE DELAY IN PASSING OF MIS BILLS IN R/O SUB OFFICES LIKE MADURAI BAZZAR & GANDHINAGAR SO
The mattar has been taken up with previous SSPOs and discussed at length though the staff at both Madurai HO & Tallakulam HO are getting their due share. There is discontenment among the Sub Office Staff for non passing of MIS incentive bills. This may be given due attention.
2. DIVERSION/REDEPLOYMENT/CREATION OF 3 OA POSTS AT DIVISIONAL OFFICE.
The above subject has been discussed with the PMG SR during bi-monthly meeting and PMG SR gave an assurance to settle this demand as such it is learnt that instructions from RO has been sent to DO for redeployment of 3 OA posts at Divisional Office. Kindly implement the orders of PMG SR immediately.
3.RESERVATION OF RAILWAY TICKETS AT MADURAI RESERVE LINE.
This facility was introduced in Madurai Reserve line Post Office last month. Nearly on an average 40 to 50 tatkal bookings as well as around 25 ordinary reservations are made every day. SPM is the only trained hand and it is very difficult to manage other delivery works by the SPM. To tone up the efficiency and to manage the crowd one hand may be attached to Madurai Reserve line HO.The following will attend
