POSTMAN MODULE NOT OPENING AFTER UPDATE OF SYMANTEC ANTIVIRUS

After Update Symantec Antivirus Postman Module was not opening due to some policy issues with Symantec.

Solution :

Please instruct all PMs to update the Symantec Policy once by right clicking on the Symantec icon in the taskbar and clicking on "Update Policy" to resolve the Postman not opening issue.

so that every agent have to link your SB Account and PAN Number with Sanchay Post Using DB Analyzer. 

DBA Link Agent PAN Number :

• Update Latest DB Analyzer.
• Open the DBA and Select the option Miscellaneous then Click OK.

Then seed Agent SB and PAN Number Using the below steps.

Steps:

1. Click Linking of SB Account Number and PAN Number of Agents.
2. Press OK to show the Agent List .
3. Select Agent, then Seed Agent Details like PAN number and SB Act. No.
4. Press Update Details.

Solution for Despatch Bags error in Revised Despatch 7.8 Module

 In Some offices while giving the Despatch bags Option, it shows the error as "Could not find stored Procedured 'P_GetBagsdespatched'".
