REVISION OF INTEREST RATES OF POST OFFICE SMALL SAVINGS SCHEMES W.E.F 01.04.2014.

Important Differences between Sanchaypost and Finacle (latest 2.12.2013)

Major issues where the process in Sanchay Post and Finacle CBS Application differs.

Issues	Process in Sanchay Post	Process in Finacle
Post Office	For each Post Office, PO Code is allotted.	●           In Finacle, each Departmental Post Office is called as Service Outlet (SOL) and allotted a ID which is called as SOL ID. ●           Combinations of different SOLs in Finacle is called SOL Set and separate SOL Set ID is allotted for each type of sets. ●           Each Branch Post office will be allotted a separate Code during migration which needs to be selected at the time of doing BO transactions from account opening screen.
Account number	In Sanchay Post, account number is generated from the block of accounts allotted for different schemes.	●           In Finacle, account no. is called as Account ID. Account number will be generated by the Finacle CBS application randomly and will be in 10 digits. ●           From the Account ID, you cannot identify the scheme as it has no such indication. ●           Every Transaction will be given a Transaction ID in Finacle CBS and Counter PA has to write Transaction ID on the voucher. ●           Supervisor has to ensure while verifying that Tran-ID is written on the voucher. ●           From the Tran-ID, anyone one can see the details of the transaction.

MINUS BALANCE RECOVERY ORDERS AND A DRAFT REPLY TO COUNTER THE CHARGES

அன்புத் தோழர்களே ! வணக்கம் ! நம்முடைய இலாக்காவில்  கணினி மயமாக்கப்படும் போது அவசர கதியாக சேமிப்பு  வங்கிப் பிரிவில் DATA ENTRY செய்ததை  எவரும் மறந்துவிட முடியாது . ஒவ்வொரு தனி நபரின் கணக்குகளும்  மிகச் சரியாக  கணினியில்  மாற்றம் செய்திடவேண்டும் என்பதை மனதில் கொள்ளாமல் , இலாக்காவில் சொன்னார்கள் என்று மேல் அதிகாரிகளும் , மேல் அதிகாரி சொன்னார் என்று கீழ் அதிகாரிகளும் , " வெள்ளைக் காக்கை பறக்கிறது என்றால் .. ஆமாம்.. ஆமாம் நான் கூட பார்த்தேன் .. நாலு காக்கை பறப்பதை "   என்பது போல ,  அதற்கான துறைசார்ந்த அறிவைச் செலுத்தாமல் கீழ் மட்ட ஊழியர்களை நெருக்கடிக்கு உள்ளாக்கி  சேமிப்பு வங்கிக் கணக்குகளை குப்பைக் காடாக்கிய கொடுமை  நம் துறை தவிர வேறு எந்த துறையிலும் நடந்திருக்க சாத்தியக் கூறு இல்லை.  

கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளாக இவை சரி செய்யவே முடியவில்லை .  விளைவு , BO,  SO, SO SB , SBCO , ICO(SB), MAIL OVERSEER, IPO, ASP , SPOS.,  என்று  ஆயிரம் CHECKING MECHANISM  இருந்தும் கூட  கோடிக்கணக்கில்  பல அலுவலகங் களில் MULTIPLE FRAUD.   போதாதற்கு CORE BANKING  கூத்துகளில்...................... கணக்குகளின் இருப்புகள் சரி செய்யப்பட வேண்டிய  அவசரம் மீண்டும் ...... பார்த்தால்  மீண்டும் கோடிக் கணக்கில் MINUS BALANCE.................

இவற்றையெல்லாம் சரி செய்ய வேண்டுமே ... எப்படி செய்வது ?  இருக்கவே இருக்கிறான் ... எதையும் சுமக்கும் பொதிக் கழுதை....   அப்பாவி  அஞ்சலக எழுத்தன்.... பிடித்து மாட்டு ...  பணத்தைக்  கட்டு ...  இல்லையானால்  விதி 16, விதி 14........  பணி ஒய்வு பெறுபவரா ? ........ நிறுத்து  ஓய்வுக் கால பலன்களை ...  "ஐயோ வேண்டாம் .............. ஆளை விட்டுவிடு ..  நான் VR இல் செல்கிறேன்" என்றால் .. அதுவும் கிடையாது ... நீ இங்கேயே  சாக வேண்டும் இல்லையேல்  பணத்தைக் கட்ட வேண்டும் .... இதுதான் இன்றைய  நிர்வாகத்தின்  மோசமான  பார்வை ...

பயந்த ஊழியர்கள்  பலர் ................. எவன்   எவனோ சுருட்டியதற்கு  தங்கள்  உழைப்பில் வந்த பணத்தைக் கட்டினர் ....... ....இதற்கு வழியே இல்லையா ? என்று புலம்பித் தவிப்போர்  பலர் ... "தொழிற்சங்கம்  என்ன செய்கிறது ?" என்று கேள்வி கேட்டு தங்களுக்காக  போராடும் அமைப்பையே  வெறுத்து ஒதுக்கி விரக்தியின் பிடியில்  பலர் ....... 

 "கொட்டுவது  தேளின் குணம் .........  தடுப்பது மனிதனின் குணம்" ....... தேள் ஏன் கொட்டுகிறது  என்று கேட்க முடியுமா ? .........அதிகார அமைப்பு பெரும்பாலும் அப்படித்தான்....... ஒரு சில  நல்லவர்களைத் தவிர ... அவர்களும் கூட அதிகார அமைப்பின் கட்டுக்குள் ... நாங்கள் என்ன செய்வது .. மேலே சொல்லுகிறார்கள்  ...  நாங்கள் செய்து தானே ஆக வேண்டும் ... என்று  தட்டிக் கழிப்பது  கண்கூடு.

இவற்றை எதிர்கொள்ள  சட்டம் இருக்கிறதா ?  நிச்சயம்  இருக்கிறது ... ஆனால் நம்மில் பலருக்கு தெரிவதில்லை ............ தெரிந்து கொள்ள ......... தொழிற்சங்கம்  நடத்தும்  பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளுக்கும்  வருவதில்லை ......முன்னணித் தோழர்கள் கூட  இப்படித்தான் ......... இந்த நிலை தொடர்ந்தால் , எதிர் வரக்கூடிய  தனியார்  மய சூழலில்....... மீண்டும் அடிமை வாழ்வு தான் .......

Negative List Updation Patch - Updated upto 31/05/2013

This patch file updates the negative list available in Sanchay Post software. To confirm updation, use the "Database Discrepancies >> NSC >> Details of Negative List Updation" option available in DBAnalyzer software.

The file 'NL_20130531.exe' should be copied to DBAnalyzer folder and executed after completion of day's transactions. This will update the negative list upto 31/05/2013 in Sanchay Post.

In addition to Negative List, updations relating to PINCODE details are also done in the database. Hence, execution of this patch will take longer than the usual updation time. System Administrators should ensure that the server is not switched off till successful execution of the patch.

DBAnalyzer has a new feature to generate a consolidated report of all discrepancies in the database. Unzip the additional exe & all the DLL files included in the DBAnalyzer zip file and copy to the DBAnalyzer folder.

NOTE: Generation of Consolidated Report is a TIME CONSUMING PROCESS. All offices are advised to generate this report after completing the daily routines like DAY-END process, Database Backup, etc.
