SANCHAY POST HOLIDAY ENTRY

April 14, மற்றும் April 24 இரண்டு நாட்களும் விடுமுறை தினமாக அறிவிக்க பட்டுள்ளன. எனவே, SanchayPost software-லும், Sub Account Software-லும் சென்று அதை முன்கூட்டியே holiday option-ல்  entry செய்து விட்டீர்களானால், Automatic Credit-ல் எந்த வித problem- மும் இருக்காது. 

SUPPLEMENTARY DATE CONFIGURATION IN SUB ACCOUNT 7.9

During March While doing day begin in Sub accounts module a message  as

“ Please Provide Last Working Day In March and First Working Day In April”
Please refer your Circle Holiday List

INTEREST RATE CHANGES - PATCH DATED 27/06/2013

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RUNNING THE PATCH

THIS PATCH IS COMMON TO SANCHAY POST VERSIONS 6.6.1 AND 7.0

This patch updates interest rates of all schemes including RD & NSC.
-- Unzip and copy the exe file to DBAnalyzer folder

-- Run the exe from DBAnalyzer folder itself.
-- Enter name of the SB Server and click 'OK'.
-- A message will be displayed for each scheme.
-- Continue clicking on 'OK' until the message 'Interest rates updation completed successfully' is displayed.

Supplementary Date Configuration in Subaccounts

During March While doing day begin in Sub accounts module a message appears. The message is about configuring the Last working day of the March and First working day of April. If you ignore the message while day begin of next day this message also reappears.

Procedure:

Log in as Subaccount Supervisor 

Go to configuration > Select Supplementary Dates >

Negative List 30.09.2012 download link:

ftp://ftp.ptcinfo.org/NegativeList/NL_20120930.exe

The file 'NL_20120930.exe' should be copied to DBAnalyzer folder and executed after completion of day's transactions. This will update the negative list upto 30/09/2012 in Sanchay Post. (Corrections received upto 30/09/2012) In addition to Negative List, updations relating to PINCODE details are also done in the database. Hence, execution of this patch will take longer than the usual updation time. 

System Administrators should ensure that the server is not switched off till successful execution of the patch. 

To confirm updation, use 'DBAnalyzer >> Database Discrepancies >> NSC >> Details of negative list updation' option.
